28 Days Of The Magic by Rhonda Byrne: Day 7 Being Positive


The 7th Day tells you how to get out of negativity and how to stay positive throughout the day.

Count your blessings in the morning. You can keep adding new things to be thankful about on a daily basis

Today think about one negative aspect of your life which you want to solve. List down 10 positive things about that negative thing and after each positive point say thank you.

This will help you resolve the negative thing that’s being troubling you.

Also today you have to try hard to be out of negativity. Try not to say anything negative about anything.


Make a conscious effort towards this, if you begin a negative sentence try to make up for it by  saying but I am grateful about so and so.

Positivity can change your life

This video is about my 7th day of this exercise (The Magical Way Out of Negativity). Lina is reading some examples from the book about what you can be grateful for when you’re unemployed. She is also sharing the negative experiences she had in the morning and how she successfully resolved them and returned to gratitude.
